The Hartford, S.D., native had a banner day at the SDSU Holiday Invite, as she broke two school records in the meet and placed second and qualified nationally in the Pentathlon.
The following events are a part of the Pentathlon. Lamer broke the school record with a time of 9.19 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles. She took second in the long jump after a mark of 18-1.5 feet, which also set a school record. Lamer also set a personal record in the high jump as she posted a 5-2.5 mark.
Lamer finished second in the Pentathlon event behind NCAA Division I athlete Ashley Ramacher from the University of Minnesota.
The Tigers will return to action at the Dordt College Open on Saturday January, 12 in Sioux Center, Iowa.
