Lauren Tadlock

The Dakota Wesleyan University Tiger of the Week is senior outside-hitter Lauren Tadlock, it was announced by the DWU athletic department Wednesday.

Tadlock (Rapid City, S.D.) recently tallied three double-digit performances in victories over Dakota State University on Sept. 20, Presentation College on Sept. 14 and a loss to Dordt College on Sept. 13. 

The offensive power-hitter recorded 22 kills against Presentation and DSU, with 13 kills against Dordt. Tadlock has tallied double-digit kills in 14-of-15 games this season. Tadlock ranks fourth in the NAIA in kills per game (4.9) and No. 9 overall in the NAIA in total kills (249).

Tadlock and the Tigers take on Northwestern College at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Orange City, Iowa.
