General: A native of Watertown, S.D., Amundson will join the Tiger cheer squad in 2017.

High School: Amundson cheered competitively for the Watertown High School Arrows for three years … at the state cheer competition in 2014 they took fourth, 2015 took third and in 2016, took fourth overall … three-time letterwinner for the Arrow cheer squad … academic letterwinner all four years and an honor roll member.

Personal: Born Sept. 11 1998 … daughter of Wally Amundson and Gayle Amundson … a psychology major.
