General: Sechser joins the DWU cheer squad from Montrose High School where she was in cheerleading for five years.

High School: Named Most Valuable Cheerleader and Most Inspirational Cheerleader … also competed in volleyball for four seasons and track for one year … named Most Improved her sophomore season and ACE of Hustle in volleyball … competed on the Club Cougar volleyball team … finished with a 3.9 GPA … ranked third in her class … named the Student of the Month and the Homecoming Queen.

Personal: Born Feb. 12, 1998 … daughter of Gerard and Deann Sechser … a nursing major.
