Tiger men finish tied for sixth at Blue River Classic

The Tigers finished with a team total of 618 and shot 30 strokes better on the final day after shooting a 324 on Tuesday.
Connor Preston (Aberdeen, S.D.) and Alec Johnson (Tyndall, S.D.) tied for 21st-place to lead the Tigers with a two-day total of 153. Senior Russell Pick (Kimball, S.D.) tied for 27th-place after carding a 154. Freshman Cade Carpenter (Mitchell, S.D.) tied for 38th-place, while Jayden Engels tied for 77th-place.
NCAA DI junior college, Iowa Western took first place with a team score of 583.
DWU is back on the greens in the Mount Marty Invite at the Fox Run Golf Course and Hillcrest Country Club on Monday and Tuesday in Yankton, S.D.
