General: Larson joins the 2016-17 Tiger track and field team from the local Mitchell Kernel program ... He participated in track and field and cross country for the Kernels.

 High School: For the Kernel track program, Larson participated in the 800 and 1,600-meter runs … his best time in the 800-meter run was 2:11 and 1,600-meter run was 4:53 ... was a six-year participant and four-time letter winner for the Kernel soccer program.

 Personal: Son of Kasey Larson … plans to major in entrepreneurship.
