Tiger women take ninth at Lila Frommelt Invite

After shooting a 348 as a team on Day One, the Tigers tallied a 341 on the final day for a total of 689, tying for ninth-place with Doane University out of 16 teams.
Freshman Skylar Brunk (Lee's Summit, Mo.) led the group, tying for 12th-place after recording a 163. Brooke Ehlers (Worthing, S.D.) finished in a tie for 39th-place with a 173, while Nicole Nelson (Platte, S.D.) tied for 46th-place after carding a two-day total of 175. Madison VanWalleghen (Letcher, S.D.) tied for 54th-place, while Emily Sharkey (Upton, Wyo.) tied for 73rd.
DWU hits the greens at the Buena Vista Invite on Friday and Saturday at the Lake Creek Golf Course in Storm Lake, Iowa.
