General: Made an impact her freshman year in the long distance events … looks to build off an impressive first season into her second year.
Freshman (2016): At the SDSU DII Invite, King finished in eighth with a time of 21:03.38 in the 5000-meter run … in the GPAC Indoor Championships, she had a ninth-place finish in the 4x800-meter race in 10:26.95 … finished the 2016 outdoor season at the GPAC Championships with a ninth-place finish in the 4x800-meter race in 10:24.01.
High School: Competed for Capistrano Valley … ran a personal best 3,200-meter in 12:02, 1,600-meter in 5:36, 5K in 18:14 … honored as a scholar-athlete.
Personal: Born on June 18, 1997 … daughter of Andy and Karina King … plans to major in nursing.
