Bio

Forgey is a familiar face for the Tiger cross country and track and field teams, competing for the Tigers the past four years. During her time running for DWU Forgey was an All-American in the 1,000m run, All-GPAC five times and a National Qualifier two times. She finished her career holding seven records for the Tigers track and field program.

The 2017-18 will be her second season as an assistant coach for the Tigers cross country and track and field programs. 

Currently, Forgey resides in Mitchell, S.D.
