Volleyball inks recruiting class for 2020

MITCHELL, S.D. – Following a successful 2019 season, the Dakota Wesleyan University volleyball team is ready to take the next step towards the 2020 season. The future looks bright for the Tigers, as the next class of athletes was announced Thursday by head volleyball coach Lindsay Wilber.

Frick honored as Academic All-America Team Member of the Year

MITCHELL, S.D. – For the first time in Dakota Wesleyan University history, an athlete has been named the Academic All-America Team Member of the Year, as volleyball senior Rebecca Frick was honored with the accolade. The prestigious award for NAIA volleyball was announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Thursday morning.

Frick earns second straight First Team honor, three Tigers named All-GPAC

MITCHELL, S.D. – For the second consecutive season, senior Rebecca Frick (Yankton, S.D.) was named to the All-Conference First Team following a record-setting season, while Mallory Cooper (Orchard, Neb.) and Emily Brunsing (Wagner, S.D.) were each tabbed to the Honorable Mention Team, it was announced by the Great Plains Athletic Conference Wednesday.
