Jamestown, N.D. – No. 13 Dakota Wesleyan University drops semifinal match to No.1 Jimmies, the top seed in the GPAC tournament. DWU was outhit by UJ .092% to .211% in the three-set match.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Tigers kept the match close right away, keeping the Jimmies within one point.
- DWU and UJ had nine-ties through a 14-14 score in set one.
- After the tie, Dakota Wesleyan could not sustain the push from Jamestown, only tallying five more points and dropping set-one 19-24.
- The Tigers kept the Jimmies in check during the much closer second-set with three ties.
- Dakota Wesleyan went on a four-point run to come back and tie the set at 18-18 before a Jimmie timeout.
- After the UJ timeout, the Tigers couldn't garner a set-two win, falling 23-25 and 0-2 in the match.
- Despite hitting their best in the third and final set, DWU only put up; 18 points while hitting; .114% and ultimately dropping the third-set 18-25.
- Dakota Wesleyan tallied 30 kills, 27 assists, 59 digs, and nine total blocks in the match
