Bio

Dre Litsey joins DWU as an assistant coach for the DWU track and cross country teams. Dre comes with coaching experience from Aldephi University where he coached under Coach Katie Rees and Coach Val (Count) Holt from 2022 through 2023, where he helped in planning practices, budget coordination, player development, and was an assistant coach for throwers at Onalaska Middle School. Before coaching, Dre competed in college track at Coker University from 2016 through 2020 and then continued competeing at Adelphi Univeristy from 2020-2022. 

Litsey earned a B.A. in communications at Coker and then earned a masters in Sports Management at Adelphi University. 

Dre Litsey grew up between Landstuhl, Germany and Kapolei Hawaii and now resides in Mitchell, S.D.
