General: Murtic will be looking to make an impact on the defensive line.

Sophomore (2017): Played in seven games as a sophomore and recorded nine tackles for the Tigers.

Freshman (2016): Tallied 17 tackles as a freshman in 10 games.

High School: Murtic had three-varsity letters for Thunderbird High School … named to the First Team All-Section, Second Team All-District, Second Team All-State and voted Team Defensive MVP … finished his senior season with 78 tackles and 11 sacks … was also part of the wrestling and track and field teams …  earned two-varsity letters in wrestling and three in track and field.

Personal: Born on Aug. 31, 1998 … son of Rasim and Sifeta Murtic … majoring in sports management.
