High School: During his senior year he totaled 485 points, 19 points per game, 7.6 rebounds per game, 51 blocked shots, 42 steals, and 59 assists … shot 30 percent from three-point range and 45 percent from the field … amassed 1,039 career points … named All-Conference and team captain in basketball … also participated in football and track for Hulett High School … named All-Conference and to the All-Star Team in football … tabbed as Outstanding Male Track Athlete of the Year … two-time Jazz Musician of the Year … Band John Phillip Sousa recipient … outstanding Wood Worker of the Year … received math and science academic awards.
