General: Abby Siemonsma will join Tiger women's basketball in the fall of 2022 for her first season... the five-foot-seven point guard is a native of Hill City, S.D. where she participated in three sports.

High School: Siemonsma was a three year volleyball and four year basketball starter for Smokey the Bear of Hill City High School... during her senior season, she averaged 12.3 PPG, 41.3 FG%, 39.3 3-pt%, 2.7 APG, and 3.1 RPG... Siemonsma has surpasses the 1,00 point club already during her high school career, finishing with 1,014 points... in 2020, she helped her team to the state tournament before helping her team go 15-6 her junior season and 13-9 her senior season... the 2021-22 Academic All-State player for basketball and volleyball also earned All-Conference selections for three years in both sports.
