ADAYA PLASTOW STATS

TRACK & FIELD- 

Junior Indoor (2023-24):  Ran in three meets for the Tigers, running the 60m hurdles, 200m, 400m, and the 4x400m relay … Finished first in the 400m at the Myrle Hanson Open and was named GPAC Women’s Track Athlete of the week … ran a personal best 10.53 in the 60m hurdles and 28.62 in the 200m at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Sophomore Outdoor (2023): Competed in three meets...had a career-best performance in the 400m with tenth best all-time finish of 1:02.94 at the GPAC Outdoor Championships (5/5-6/23)...recorded a career-best finish in the 200 with a time of 30.44 at the Mount Marty Twilight (4/26/23)

Freshman Outdoor (2022): Competed in seven meets...finished with a 1:07.24 time in the 400H which ranks second all-time in DWU history at the Loper Twilight (5/14/23)...earned the fourth fastest time in school history in the the 100H with a 16.08 time at the GPAC Outdoor Championships (5/6-7/22)

CROSS COUNTRY-

Freshman (2022): Competed at the GPAC Championship in the 5k and finished with a 23:01.4 time

High School: Seven-year participant in track and field … six-year letterwinner … two-time Golden-“M” recipient in three different sports … tabbed with multiple Most-Valuable, Coaches and Hustle awards … six-year participant on the Kernel cross country team … five-year letterwinner … member of the Mitchell High women’s basketball team … six-year letterwinner and three-year starter … two-time team captain and All-State Academic selection … earned the highest honors in the classroom graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
