General: Johnson looks to run the 400-meter, 800-meter and 1600-meter events at DWU. She joins the Tiger track team from Huron, S.D. where she ran the 400-meter and 800-meter events.

High School: Her best mark in the 400-meter race was 1:02 and 800-meter with a time of 2:38 … won the State Sportsmanship Award … participated on the tennis team for six years … tennis captain for three years … Academic All-State member and won two academic letters.

Personal: Born Jan. 16, 1998 … daughter of Cynthia Johnson … a sports exercise and wellness major.
