General: Looks to take a bigger stride in her second year with the program.
Freshman (2016): Competed in two meets her freshman season … took 66th at the Mount Marty Invite.
High School: Hanson finished the 2012 State ‘B’ Cross Country meet in the top-25 … was a five-time state cross country qualifier … also, has qualified for the State ‘B’ Track meet three times, with a second-place finish in the 3200-meter relay in 2015 … participated in cheer at Hanson High School … named to the Academic All-State for cheerleading and earned the choral leadership award … in addition to her athletics she has been a member of the school play and oral interpt … was also a member of Hanson High School’s Student Council … excelled in the classroom as well … a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born June 24, 1997 … daughter of Jason and Rita Hanson … majoring in elementary education.
