General: The Mitchell High talent readies for the 2022 cross country season with plenty of experience.

Junior (2021): Raced in four meets for the Blue and Gray ... season best in the 5K at the Briar Cliff Invite (22:20.6) ... placed 57th at the GPACs (22:52.1).

Sophomore (2020): Competed at six meets … dialed a collegiate-best in the 5K with a time of 20:25.2 at the Briar Cliff Invite … came away with a 61st-place finish at the conference championships (23:19.8).

Freshman (2019): Competed in six meets … recorded a season best of 21:18.6 minutes at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede … finished 57th at the GPAC Championships (21:43.4.).

High School: Calculated best time in the 5K was a 21:07 ... personal bests of 2:42 in the 800m and 6:09 in the 1600m... honored as team captain and team hustler in 2017 and 2018 ... tabbed with most-improved honors in 2015 and 2018 ...
