Dre Litsey joins DWU's Sports information department in the summer of 2024. Dre brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for sports to his role as Assistant Sports Information Director with the Tigers. Before joining the team, Dre made a mark in broadcasting, where he became a stringer reporter for Radio Iowa Sports and had opportunites to work alongside ESPN play-by-play broadcaster Shawn Kenney and Emmy Award-winning journalists. His time in broadcasting allowed him to cover numerous state title games and forge meaningful connections with local communities through compelling storytelling. 

Dre’s career in sports media has been defined by his commitment to excellence and his ability to engage audiences with insightful coverage. His transition to the role of Assistant SID marks an exciting new chapter, where he will utilize his background to enhance the Tigers' media presence and strengthen connections with fans and the broader community. 

Dre currently resides in Mitchell.
