HOW IT HAPPENED
• DWU started the game slow in the first quarter, with their first possession lasting a minute and 38 seconds with five plays moving them 16-yards
• The Tigers began to pick up after that, as they forced the Lancers to punt on fourth and four from their 32-yard line
• Dakota Wesleyans first touchdown came from the hands of Kiel Nelson as the pass to Haustyn Forney was complete for a 31-yard reception
• Tate Gale's extra point attempt was good as the Tigers went up 7-0
• Mount Marty earned some points on their first drive of the second quarter from 34-yards making the score MMU 3 – DWU 7
• Austin Lee found Jakob Oxos on a 1st and ten situation for the 70-yard touchdown reception extending the Tigers lead 13-3
• Jamin Arend scored the last DWU touchdown of the game as he went 83 yards with 1:54 left in the game
