Seward, Neb. – Dakota Wesleyan Football was unable to find the endzone Saturday afternoon at Bulldog Stadium in Seward, Nebraska, for their third loss on the season. DWU put up 138 total yards with 61 plays.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Dakota Wesleyan fell behind early, conceding an opening drive touchdown as the Bulldogs ran for the 28-yard score.
- Concordia's second drive tallied another touchdown on a 33-yard pass, the Bulldogs PAT was successful the second time around as DWU fell behind 0-13.
- The Tigers kept the Bulldogs in check during the second quarter allowing zero touchdowns before heading into halftime.
- Coming out of halftime trailing 13-0, The Tigers' opening second-half drive only gained them five yards on three plays before the fourth and five punt from Tate Gale.
- The lone Bulldogs touchdown in the third quarter was a 13-yard reception that started at the DWU 13-yard line.
- The last two scored were back-to-back Concordia drive touchdowns for the final score of 34-0.
- In the game, the Tigers tallied 138 total yards, 89 net passing yards, and 49 net rushing yards.
- Kiel Nelson completed 15 of his 34 passing attempts for a total of 89 yards, then rushed for another eight yards
- Jamin Arend rushed 13 times for 30 total yards in the game
- Nelson connected with Garrett Determan seven times for 48 yards
- Cody Reichelt led the defensive group with 12 total tackles, seven of which were solo tackles.
