High School: Participated in football, basketball and track for four seasons … a five-time letter-winner in track … also a four-time letter-winner in both basketball and football … a three- year starter on the court … named to the SCC All-Conference Team as well as the SESD All-Conference team … averaged 18.2 points per game with 7.8 rebounds a game during his junior season … selected to the academic All-State Football Team … a member of the National Honor Society
