JAMESTOWN, N.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men's soccer team traveled north to take on the University of Jamestown, dropping a 5-0 contest on Saturday in Jamestown, N.D.
DWU had two players record a shot on goal in the loss. Freshman Brandon Jahnel (Blair, Neb.) tallied a shot on goal, while Connor Dodds (Durham, England) recorded another shot on goal.
Starting goalkeeper Gaston Miteff (Berazategui, Argentina) recorded 10 saves for the Tigers. John Sutherland (Hartlepool, England) also tallied a save for the Tigers in the contest.
The Jimmies outshot the Tigers 32-5, while scoring two goals in the first half and three in the second.
DWU (0-4) battles Presentation College at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Aberdeen, S.D.
