BISMARCK, N.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men's soccer team traveled north for a nonconference matchup with NCAA DII University of Mary Wednesday night in Bismarck, N.D.
UM went on to outshoot the Tigers 27-1 to come away with a 3-0 win. Gage Pemberton (Overland Park, Kan.) tallied the lone shot on goal for the Tigers. Goalie Gaston Miteff (Berazategui, Argentina) recorded nine saves in the net.
The Tigers (3-4) step back into Great Plains Athletic Conference play against Concordia University at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Pepsi-Cola Soccer Complex in Mitchell.
