General: The long-distance runner comes to DWU from Lennox, S.D.
Sophomore (2018-2019): Placed 3rd at the DWU Alumni meet in the 1000 meter run ... also earned All-Conference status (7th) in the mile run with a time of 4:41.21.
Freshman (2017-2018): Qualified for the GPAC Outdoor meet in the 1500, 4x400, and 4x800 meter relay ... helped contribute to a 7th place, All-Conference finish in the 4x800.
High School: In 2015 he finished 22nd in the State Cross Country Meet … in 2016 he finished 17th in the State Cross Country Meet … best mark in the 5K was 16:51 … 2016 Boys Cross Country MVP … All-Conference Cross Country and Dak-12 Conference member … also played football and basketball for his high school.
Personal: Born Aug. 6, 1998 … son of Wayne and Amber Langbehn … a nursing major.
