General: The Glenrock High School product adds talent and strength to the 2020-21 Tiger throwers.

Highschool: Boasted a personal best of 43.5 feet in the shot put … best throw of 125 feet in the discus event … also competed for two years on the wrestling team … started both seasons for the Herders.

Personal: Born Feb. 27, 2002 … son of Glenn and Crystal St. Gelais … plans on majoring in sports wellness.
