The Dakota Wesleyan men's wrestling team hosted their last home match of the season against the No.19 Mustangs of Morningside. The biggest highlight of the evening was Trevion Sample with the huge upset victory over No. 5 Hunter DeJong of Morningside. Sample and DeJong went into an overtime triller and Sample came out with the 3-1 decision win. Three other Tigers won in the dual.

The Tiger seniors got wins on to finish out their home career with a pin and a decision victory in overtime. Williams was able to get the upper hand on his opponent in the second period and pinned him for the win. Sample went into over time and defeated the No. 5 wrestler in the country in the heavy weight class. Cordes and Lane Miller were the only other Tigers to get wins in the last home dual of the year.
