Junior (2023-24):  Johnson finished his season with a record of 15-13 … the junior was named to the GPAC All-Conference Honorable Mention team after winning true second at the GPAC Championships and qualified for the National Championships … Johnson picked up some big wins when he defeated Jerome Cannon and Cutter Jones at opens this season.

High School: A three-year starter and four-year letterwinner on the wrestling squad … … tabbed a 105-40 career record... wrestled in the 126-pound weight class as a freshman … earned a sixth-place finish at the state tournament as a sophomore … competed at 132 pounds … finished fifth at the state finals as a junior at 138 pounds … tabbed a 105-40 career record … led the Governors to a 2018 team championship … competed on the soccer team at T.F. Riggs High … a three-year starter and four-year letterwinner on the pitch. Joins the Tigers after a pair of top-10 finishes at the South Dakota High School Wrestling Championships.
