Assistant Coach Roger Malonda Thoughts:

It was an exciting day for the tiger family having two athletes at the highest level of NAIA XC running. Extremely proud of the journey the guys had up to this point, and today was the culmination of that journey. Both Wyatt Baldauf and Caleb Sayler were able to run either their fastest or second fastest time, and when you do that despite all the chaos in races like today's, I can't really ask for more of them. I'm very grateful for both Wyatt and Caleb and their ability to make the most out of this year. The tiger standard has been raised this year, and both of them have played a critical role in that. They both have very lofty goals going forward, so let the fun continue.

Head Coach Matt Rosado Quote:

A day like today doesn't happen without the full support we have received this year. All the way back to the beginning of the summer when Jon Hart and Theresa Kreise believed in my vision for what we could be with the right people and coaches in place. The bar has been raised and expectations are different moving forward. These guys deserve the world for the work they have put in all season and the belief they created within each other. And I couldn't finish without congratulating and praising coach Roger Malonda for being a driving force in our turn around and falling in love with this program as much as me.
