Tigers Compete at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic

Ashland, Neb. -- The Tiger cross country team took to the course at the blazing Tiger NAIA Classic, an important opportunity to prepare for the upcoming GPAC conferences. The course they ran today will be the same one used for the conference meet, allowing the team to become familiar with the terrain.

The freshmen made a strong showing, running in a tight pack. Ian Chrisler in his second collegiate meet led the way with a solid time of 29:36.30. finishing 288th overall. Landen Johnson closely followed, crossing the line at 29:38.31. Zach Robinson clocked in at 31:31.18, securing, while Gage Dietterle with a time of 32:48.82.

 

Looking Ahead for the Tigers: 

The team's ability to work together and support one another bodes well as they look ahead to the conference meet. With valuable experience gained from this race, the Tigers are eager to build on their performances and aim for a strong showing in the upcoming competitions. GPAc chamiponships will be held on November 9.
