High School: The local talent is a 2025 graduate of Mitchell high school ... With the Kernals she started and lettered for varsity softball for 3 years where she earned the Golden M, the Silver Slugger, and pitching award ... In the summer of 2023 she averaged a .352 batting average and 6 homeruns ... In the spring she averaged .473 batting average and 5 homeruns ... In the summer of 2024 she averaged .250 when at bat ... In the fall averaged .407 batting and 3 homeruns ... Was also a member of the SD Phoenix and Fusion Synergy club teams ... Academically she was a member of National Honor Society and on the Golden honor roll at Mitchell ... Linke also participated in track and trap during her time at Mitchell high school ... 4 years on varisty track, and 4 years part of the trap team.
