Mitchell, S.D.– McKinnely Mull (Sr., Vernal, UT) has been named the NAIA Softball Player of the Week and GPAC Player of the Week after a stellar and consistent season.
The senior earned her first national award following a dominant stretch, hitting .565 over six games for the Tigers. Mull drove in 15 runs, scored nine times, and contributed eight extra-base hits—four home runs, three triples, and a double—while also stealing four bases. Her efforts helped Dakota Wesleyan achieve a 5-1 record for the week.
With Mull's leadership, DWU has surged to a 21-6 record, marking the program's best start in over a decade.
The Tigers will take on the College of St. Mary this Friday at 3:00 PM at Cadwell Park.
