General: Will be counted on to use her height to her advantage in her second year with DWU.
Freshman (2016-17): Played in 13 games as a freshman ... also a valuable member of the Tiger junior varsity squad.
High School: The 6-foot guard earned five varsity letters in her high school career and has been part of numerous successful state runs by the Titans ... in her sophomore season the Titans finished fifth at the State 'A' Tournament and as a junior they finished third ... in her junior season the Titans finished with a record of 22-3 ... Karst has earned All-Tournament team honors, SESD and CBH All-Conference honors and Second Team All-State ... Karst played a vital role in the volleyball success for the Titans, as the team placed fourth at the State 'A' Tournament in her junior season and had a runner-up finish in her final season ... Karst was named to the All-Tournament Team and earned Second Team All-State ... she finished her senior season with 288 kills and 39 aces ... Karst also won the back-to-back Daily Republic Volleyball Player-of-the-Year honors ... in addition to her basketball and volleyball success, she is also a strong golfer ... she was also part of the National Honor Society, Academic All-State and the Honor Roll.
