Behm scores, DWU women fall to Presentation

ABERDEEN, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University women's soccer team broke a lengthy scoreless drought, but fell to Presentation College in a nonconference matchup Sunday in Aberdeen, S.D.

The Tigers trailed 2-0, before freshman Jocelyn Behm (Sioux Falls, S.D.) scored the first goal of her college career to make the game tight heading into the locker room for the break. Presentation tacked on another goal in the final seconds of the second half to top DWU 3-1, pushing the Tigers' record to 0-6 on the season.

Senior goalkeeper Kira Miller (Rock Springs, Wyo.) made nine saves as she kept DWU in the game throughout despite being outshot 22-5.

The Tigers look for their first win of the season against Waldorf College at Noon Saturday in Forest City, Iowa.
