ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The Dakota Wesleyan University women's soccer team were shutout 1-0 in Great Plains Athletic Conference play by Northwestern College Wednesday in Orange City, Iowa.

 Brittany Forsman (Sioux Falls, S.D.) recorded the lone shot for DWU in the loss. Senior Kira Miller (Rock Springs, Wyo.) tallied 14 saves in the net.

 The Red Raiders outshot the Tigers 30-1.

 The Tigers (0-9, 0-1 GPAC) return to action, taking on Doane University in a GPAC contest at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Pepsi-Cola Soccer Complex in Mitchell, S.D.
