CRETE, Neb. – The Dakota Wesleyan University volleyball team headed south to take on No. 25 Doane College in a Great Plans Athletic Conference battle of Tigers Saturday in Crete, Neb.

Doane swept DWU, 25-13, 25-17, 25-17, to drop Wesleyan to 10-9 overall and 2-5 in the GPAC.
Junior Lauren Tadlock (Rapid City, S.D.) led DWU with a match-high 13 kills to go along with six digs. Junior Michelle Van Epps (Lakefield, Minn.) finished with 26 assists, while senior Maggie Stehly (Sioux Falls, S.D.) added 20 digs.
Taylor VanHousen and Kaitlin Bradley finished with 16 and 15 digs for Doane, respectively, while Shelbi Mlynczak added eight kills.
DWU continues GPAC action against Dordt College at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Sioux Center, Iowa.
