The Dakota Wesleyan women's wrestling team traveled to Hastings College for the first wrestling match of the season. The dual saw a double forfeit and then DWU forfeited the next match to open the scoring for Hastings. Jayden Lange would secure her first collegiate win by technical fall in the first period, outscoring her opponent 12-2 to put the Tigers on the board. Olivia Smith also defeated her opponent in her first collegiate match by fall in the first period. DWU was outpaced by the Broncos by a score of 34-9.
