The DWU women's wrestling team traveled to York Nebraska to compete in the KCAC Women's Dual Tournament. The Tigers fell to Avila (31-13), Friends University (33-10), and Hastings (45-5) in pool play before they moved to the Copper Bracket. The Tigers defeated Morningside 20-15 to win the Copper Title.

The Tigers faced off against four teams this afternoon in the KCAC Dual Tournament and earned the victory over Morningside in the Copper Brackets, 20-15. Hallie Stone and Olivia Smith both went 3-1 on the day for the Tigers as they each won with pin victories. Junior Mady Sargent grabbed a decision victory over her opponent in the Avila dual and Isabelle Camarillo pinned her Hastings opponent in that dual.
