General: The multi-sport athlete and four-time All-GPAC performer returns for his senior campaign … a member of the Dakota Wesleyan University football team.

Junior Outdoor (2020-21): Saw action in five meets with the Tigers … All-GPAC (8^th) finish and collegiate best in the decathlon at the 2021 GPAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5,296) … top-10 finish in the javelin throw at the Dordt Invite (38.65, 126-10).

Junior Indoor (2020-21): Competed in six meets … qualified in both the 4x800-meter relay and heptathlon at the 2021 GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championships … All-Conference (7^th) performance in the 4x800-meter relay (8:42.17) … collegiate best in the heptathlon at the championship event (3,834) … fourth-place finish in the  at the Mount Marty Open (3,460).

Sophomore (2019-20): Did not compete. 

Freshman Outdoor (2018-19): Saw action in three meets … All-GPAC (7^th) performance in the decathlon at the 2019 GPAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (4,931) … eighth-place finish and season best in the same event at the Red Raider Open (5,051) … second-place finish in the 4x400-relay at the Mount Marty Invite (3:28.13).

Freshman Indoor (2018-19): Competed in four meets … scored GPAC points in the heptathlon at the 2019 GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championships … All-GPAC (8^th) performance and collegiate best in the event (3,924) … seventh-place finish in the heptathlon at the Concordia Classic (3,426).

High School: Ran 41.62 seconds in the 300-meter hurdles … a member of the Bennington High School 4x100-meter team, which placed third at state … also All-Conference and All-State Honorable Mention in football … made the Dean’s List.
