Malonda mentored athletes that resulted in 42 school records, 5 All-Conference, 2 NCAA Division II Provisional Standards and 1 All-American.
Rosado spoke about the addition of Malonda to the staff, stating "I'm excited to have Roger join our staff, we go way back to our college days, and I believe he possesses the drive, passion, and knowledge to take our distance athletes to the next level as we look to build our cross-country programs into conference competitors. He fits the family culture we are looking to build with the program being an athlete first type of coach."
