USD ALUMINI MEET DAY 1 RECAP: SHANKS BREAKS ANOTHER RECORD

The Dakota Wesleyan track team opened day one of the USD Alumni Meet with a big performance from Hunter Shanks. Shanks broke ANOTHER school record and hit the National "A" standard to automatically qualify for the NAIA National Indoor Championships in February. This is the second event Hunter has prequalified for as he hit the "B" standard in the 800m earlier this season. Caley Murphy crossed the finish line in the 1000m race with the 7th fastest time in DWU history to highlight the women's team.
