Senior (2022): Competed in five meets...had a career-best time of 25:56.6 in the 8k which ranks seventh all-time at the Defender Holiday Inn Express Classic (10/8/22)...finished 17th at the GPAC Championship in the 8k just missing the cut for nationals with 26:43.4 time (11/5/22)...crossed the line in the 8k with a 26:51.2 time at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (10/22/22).
Junior (2021): Raced in all five meets ... top-30 performance at the Morningside Invitational ... concluded the season at the 2021 GPAC Cross Country Championships.
Sophomore (2020): Competed in every meet for the Tigers … clocked a season best in the 8K at the Briar Cliff Invite (27:30.8) … ended the season with a 48th place finish at the 2020 GPAC Championships.
Freshman (2019): Competed in five races … finished in 65th place at the Briar Cliff Invite (28:17.0) … highlighted the season by placing 38th at the 2019 GPAC Championships (27:27.5).
