MITCHELL, S.D. – Adding to an impressive list of accolades for senior Ty Hoglund (Dell Rapids, S.D.) is another All-American nod, this time with the National Association of Basketball Coaches, it was announced by the NABC Thursday.
Hoglund joins nine other athletes on the 2020 NABC/NAIA Coaches' Division II All-America Team. This award comes just six days after being named to the NAIA All-America First Team for a second consecutive season. He was also named the Great Plains Athletic Conference Player-of-the-Year along with a GPAC First Team mention.
The honor comes after ranking inside the top-10 in the NAIA Division II with 23.1 points per game, 716 points on the season and an 86.6% free-throw percentage. He completed the season with a 48.4% field-goal percentage and 40.6% shooting from 3-point range.
