General: The 2018 state champion and South Dakota Class “B” Mr. Basketball finalist joins the Tigers for the 2020-21 season.

Sophomore (2021-22): Started in 24 games and appeared in 29, Wittler compiled season averages of 9.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per contest ... tallied shooting percentages of 39.6% from the floor, 36.6% from distance and 90.5% at the foul line ... his best game was against No. 12-ranked Morningside, where he notched 24 points and shot 45.5% from beyond the arc.

Freshman (2020-21): Saw action in three games for DWU.

High School: A two-time All-State First-Team member ... recorded 1,600 career points ... averaged 23.5 points, three assists and five rebounds per game ... finished with a record of 42-7 in his final two years ... also played football for four years ... a two-time All-State quarterback and a two-time Argus Leader Elite 45 member ... tallied more than 130 touchdowns in his career ... also participated in golf and track ... an Academic All-State member ... a 3.5 and 4.0 Honor Roll member.
