General: The hometown student-athlete Macon Larson kicks off his first season in the fall of 2022 for Tigers golf... during his time as a Kernel, he was a three sport athlete, earning a multitude of awards.

High School: Larson was a one year starter for the basketball team, three year starter for Kernels tennis, and a two year starter for the Mitchell High School golf team... during his junior season, he averaged a stroke total of 79, placing 12th at the state meet...his senior season to 77 while earning the Golden "M" Award.
