MITCHELL, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men's soccer team returns home versus conference foe Presentation College at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday from the Pepsi-Cola Soccer Complex in Mitchell, S.D.
About the Tigers
- Senior midfielder Grant Pierce (Safford, Ariz.) gave the Tigers a chance late down the stretch on Saturday versus Doane with his second goal of the season in the 87th minute. The 5-foot-8 midfielder is the third DWU attacker to record multiple goals on the season along with junior duo Rafael Calderon (Talca, Chile) and Cesar Requena (Lima, Peru) who sit with five and two goals, respectively.
- True freshman Garrett Douglas (Colorado Springs, Colo.) made his second start at goalkeeper on the season versus Doane as he tallied six saves on eight shots on goal.
- The Blue and Gray enters Wednesday's matchup with 48 shots on goal and a .533 shots-on-goal percentage on the year.
About the Saints
- PC maintains a 1-8-0 overall record along with a 0-6-0 mark in Great Plains Athletic Conference play under fifth-year head coach Terrance Kampa.
- Freshman forward Alex Kowalski continues to make strides for the Saints in his first season. The Watertown, S.D., native held a stretch of three-straight games with a goal scored along with five shots in a win over Avila University earlier this season.

- Wednesday's contest marks the ninth meeting between both programs in recent history with the Tigers holding an 8-0-0 record. DWU has scored 4-or-more goals in five matches in the series including three-straight outings from 2017-19.
