General: Made continuous strides in her freshman season with the Tigers that continued into her sophomore cross country season … looks to continue improving her personal bests in her sophomore track season.
Freshman (2015): Had a third-place finish in the 600-meter run in a time of 1:51.28.
High School: Competed in both cross-country and track during high school … ran a personal best 4k in 16:36.02, 3,200 meter in 12:28, 1,600 meter in 5:39 and 800 meter in 2:30 … also participated in volleyball, basketball and softball.
Personal: Born on Feb. 2, 1996 … daughter of Blake and Shannyn Schweigert … is a graphic and web-design major.
