Freshman (2023-24): Murphy ran in 6 meets in her freshman season for the Tigers ... at the Briar Cliff invite, she grabbed the 4th fastest 6k time as she crossed wtih a time of 26:16.20 ... Murphy ran a personal best time of 22:34.46 at the Augustana Twlight Meet. 

High School: 2023 graduate at Douglas High School...finished season with career-best in the 5k with 21:37.93 at the BHC XC Championships, in the 800m with a 2:40.27 at the 2022 Northern Hills Invite, for the 400m finished with a 1:06.55 time at the 2022 Custer Invite and in the 3200m with a 13:43.71 time at the 2022 Northern Hills Invite...also competed in soccer earning honorable mention All-State...named to the National Honor Society and Honor Roll.
