ADY DWIGHT NAMED GPAC ATTACKER OF THE WEEK FOR FIFTH TIME IN CAREER
Mitchell, S.D. – Ady Dwight has been named GPAC attacker of the week for the fifth time in her career and first time in the 2023 season. Dwight has dominated all year, but had an exceptional week with her 55 kills and her staggering .452 hitting percentage. Ady also added 10 blocks during the week.
Dwight's season totals now sit at 249 kills on a .368 attack percentage, five aces, 17 digs, and 43 total blocks. Dwight has recorded 14+ kills in eight straight games. She had a season-high 23 kills at Dakota State in a thrilling 3-2 victory. Ady had her highest percentage of the season (.552) with 19 kills against Dickinson State (9/9/23).
The Tigers and Dwight return to the court Wednesday, September 13 when they square off against the No. 3 Red Raiders who currently sit at 10-1. The game is set for 7:30 p.m. in Orange City, Iowa.

Dakota Wesleyan's Ady Dwight is this week's GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Attacker-of-the-Week. Dwight, a senior, from Langford, South Dakota, currently sits first in the GPAC in kills (249,) second in the NAIA, and leads the GPAC in kills per set (4.61), third best in the NAIA. On the week Dwight racked up 55 kills in 10 sets hitting .452. She was also a force at the net on defense with 10 total blocks.
